Course Lessons

Michaela Campbell

Michaela Campbell is the Director of Government Affairs for the Congressional Fire Services Institute (CFSI). Prior to joining CFSI, Michaela was a Legislative Assistant at Steptoe & Johnson LLP where she worked with clients from major U.S. businesses to large trade associations, helping them to understand, track, and influence both legislative and regulatory processes.  She also previously served in the United States Senate where she worked on Assistance to Firefighter Grant (AFG) and Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response Grants (SAFER) funding, as well as a broad range of economic, tax, national defense, and homeland security issues.  Michaela earned a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University.
